1 Organizer
The contest is run by EncherisDons (the "Organizer").
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
Entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with this contest.
2 Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals who:
- reside in Quebec;
- have reached the age of majority at the time of entry;
- provide the information requested on the entry form;
- comply with these rules.
Employees, representatives and individuals directly involved in administering the contest, as well as those they live with, may be excluded from the contest.
3 Contest period
The entry period is stated in the post or on the official contest page.
Any entry received after the contest closing date and time will not be eligible.
4 How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is required.
To enter, a person must:
- go to the official EncherisDons contest page;
- provide their first name, last name and a valid email address;
- accept these rules;
- submit the form before the contest closes.
Unless stated otherwise, only one entry per person per contest is permitted.
One entry from Facebook and one entry from Instagram by the same person do not count as two entries.
EncherisDons reserves the right to void entries that are duplicated, automated, fraudulent or obtained by any other means contrary to the spirit of the contest.
5 Prize
The prize offered is the one shown on the official contest page or post.
The merchant issuing the gift card may differ from one contest to the next.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash by EncherisDons.
The gift card issuer's own terms of use continue to apply.
6 Selecting the winner
After the contest closes, one eligible entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
All eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected.
7 Contacting the selected entrant
The selected entrant will be contacted at the email address provided when they entered.
They must reply within the time stated in the email sent by EncherisDons.
If they cannot be reached, do not reply within the requested time, or do not comply with these rules, EncherisDons may select another entry at random.
8 Awarding the prize
How the gift card is delivered or shipped will be communicated directly to the winner.
EncherisDons is not responsible for an incorrect mailing address or email address provided by the entrant.
9 Publishing the winner's name
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes EncherisDons to publish their first and last name in order to announce the contest result, including on the EncherisDons website and on its Facebook and Instagram pages.
No other personal information will be published without consent.
10 Protection of personal information
The information collected as part of the contest is used to:
- administer entries;
- hold the draw;
- contact the selected entrant;
- award the prize;
- prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries.
Entering the contest does not automatically subscribe you to the EncherisDons newsletter.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the EncherisDons Privacy Policy.
11 Liability
EncherisDons cannot be held responsible for a technical problem, a service interruption, a transmission error or any other situation beyond its control that may prevent or delay an entry.
EncherisDons reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel a contest where a situation beyond its control compromises its proper conduct, subject to applicable law.
12 Facebook and Instagram
Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not associated with the organization or administration of this contest.
The contest is administered entirely by EncherisDons.
Any question or request regarding the contest must be directed to EncherisDons, and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
13 Acceptance of the rules
Entering the contest constitutes acceptance of these rules.
By submitting the entry form and checking the box provided, the entrant confirms that they have read and accepted these rules.
